The cost of this renovation project was $2.25 M, and the scope of work included a building addition, a new elevator, improving ADA accessibility, replacing all windows and floor coverings, installing new partition walls and a suspended ceiling system with lighting, installing new interior/exterior doors and hardware, and fully upgrading all bathrooms. BREE provided cost estimating during the schematic, design development, and construction documents phase of design.
