BREEs experience in the preliminary phase of a projects life allows us to identify tomorrows trends within our industry and provide on site assistance to other clients during the design and construction phase.  Services like cost-benefit analysis, constructibility reviews, and claims avoidance are useful during the design phase, and construction administration, inspection, change-order reviews, and CPM scheduling are often employed during the construction phase.
