For this $6.4 M project, which involved adding a classroom addition for 126 students and expanding the media center, BREE provided project management services during pre-construction, construction, and close-out. BREE was responsible for keeping the owner accurately and currently informed on all pre-construction matters. BREE coordinated and attended pre-bid conferences, provided written updates, and attended weekly meetings. BREE was also responsible for scheduling and reviewing/issuing pay requisitions using Primavera.
