BREE & Associates is a construction control firm with highly skilled engineers whose mission is to establish a strong relationship with its clients while providing high quality, cost-conscious engineering and construction support services during the various phases of the life of a project.
We work with owners, architects, engineers, and developers to assist in ensuring the success of their projects. Many of our clients do not have the time or the resources to perform the preliminary analysis, such as marketing and feasibility studies, financial modeling, planning, cost estimating, CPM scheduling and consultant coordination, that is required to steer a project through design and construction.
BREE's experience in the preliminary phase of a project's life allows us to identify tomorrow's trends within our industry and provide on-site assistance to clients during the design and construction phase. Services like cost-benefit analysis, constructibility reviews and claims avoidance are useful during the design phase. Construction administration, inspection, change-order reviews, and CPM scheduling are often employed during the construction phase.
BREE provides services to private and public clients within the design and construction industries. Our qualified personnel have the necessary expertise to provide quality assurance, fiscal control, and effective time management.
BREE & Associates reflects a wealth of valuable hands-on experience gained in careers that span many years. These careers encompass a variety of satisfied clients and multi-million dollar projects in the United States and overseas. BREE can also meet your DBE/MBE needs.
Our proactive approach to the execution of projects is a direct result of the experience of our key personnel and our innovative use of the latest computer technology. Our services are offered individually and as a package depending on the needs of our clients. BREE's approach to serving our clients is reflected in our commitment to the following:
• continuous interaction with project leaders to ensure conformity to the overall project goals;
• mobilizing all available resources to achieve timely completion in a cost effective manner.
• In many cases, we simply act as an extension of our client's staff --- serving their technical needs. An obligation that last only as long as those needs exists.
