We work with owners, architects, engineers, and developers to assist in ensuring the success of their projects.  Many of our clients do not have the time or the resources to perform the preliminary analysis, such as marketing and feasibility studies, financial modeling, planning, cost estimating, CPM scheduling and consultant coordination, that is required to steer a project through design and construction.

BREE's experience in the preliminary phase of a project's life allows us to identify tomorrow's trends within our industry and provide on-site assistance to clients during the design and construction phase.  Services like cost-benefit analysis, constructibility reviews and claims avoidance are useful during the design phase. Construction administration, inspection, change-order reviews, and CPM scheduling are often employed during the construction phase.
